It is best to use natural products if you want to maintain healthy hair and don’t want to cause any damage. You should also watch out for the ingredients like silicones, alcohol and sulfates that most products contain. They are very harmful for your hair.

6. Always protect your hair

You should never expose your hair to the sun, extremely cold air and air pollution. Always carry a scarf, hat or umbrella for the maximum protection of your hair.

7. Visit your hair-dresser once every two weeks

You should have a professional hair dresser who treats your hair at least once or twice in every two weeks, in order to maintain your hair. Your hair-dresser will help you to keep your hair in the best shape and style the whole week.
